Online job application process

To process your online job application we collect, process and use your personal data. Your online application data will be transmitted per e-mail directly to the human resources department and kept confidential. Through suitable technical and organizational measures we make sure that your personal data are treated as confidential according to the legal requirements. Please pay attention that while filling out an application form or transmitting it via e-mail, the connection might not be encrypted whereas unauthorized persons might take notice and alter its content. You also might want to send us your application via postal mail. If you have applied to a specific position and this position might already been assigned to someone else or if we think you might also fit to another position, we would like to forward your files in-house. Please let us know if you object to this procedure. After the application process is completed, but at least 9 months later, your personal data will be deleted, except you agree to store your information for a longer period.

Your personal data will only be stored and processed for establishing, executing or ending of a contractual or quasi-contractual relationship. Legal basis of this processing activity is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent with effect for the future at any time. Upon revocation we will erase the data affected.

A transmission or sale to third-parties will not occur without your prior consent. You can revoke your consent at the operator of this website as stated in the legal notice.

Newsletter data

If you would like to subscribe our newsletter, you need to provide a valid e-mail address and information, which allow us to validate you as the holder of the e-mail address and your consent to receive our newsletter. Further data will not be collected. The data will solely be used to transmit the information requested and will not be transferred to third-parties. The given approval to store data, the e-mail address as well its use for sending newsletters can be revoked at any time e.g. by using the unsubscription link in every newsletter.

Commenting on our website

The comment feature on this website collects, aside from the comment itself, the time stamp of creation, your e-mail address and, if you do not post anonymously, the chosen user name.

Storing the IP Address

The comment feature stores the IP address of the users posting comments. Although we review comments before activation, we need these data in case of violation of rights such as insults or propaganda to hold the commentator liable.
